We idolize food by giving it (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>too much importance<\/strong><\/span>).<br \/>\n2. We idolize food by treating it as (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>an end in itself<\/strong><\/span>).<br \/>\n3. We idolize food when we become slaves (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>of our appetite<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>II.\u00a0 WHAT IS THE BIBLE\u2019S VIEW?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">What does the Bible say?<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">1) Overindulgence is (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>deadly<\/strong><\/span>). Pr. 23: 19-20<br \/>\n2) Jesus can free us from the (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>bondage and chains<\/strong><\/span>) of gluttony.
