\u201cBethlehem was remarkably unremarkable.\u201d<\/p>\n

Two important items to bring up:<\/p>\n

1. This story tells us something about (Mary<\/strong><\/span>).
\n2. This story tells us something about Mary\u2019s (God<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

True statement: \u201cGod is not much interested in your ability, but your availability.\u201d<\/p>\n

II.\u00a0\u00a0 AN UNEXPECTED SONG\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Mary\u2019s song is called the (Magnificat<\/strong><\/span>) and divides into 4 sections:<\/p>\n

1. Focus: Mary\u2019s (names<\/strong><\/span>) (verses 46b-48)
\n2. Focus: God\u2019s (attributes<\/strong><\/span>) (verses 49-50)
\n3. Focus: God\u2019s view of (us<\/strong><\/span>) (verses 51-53)
\n4. Focus: God\u2019s (promises<\/strong><\/span>) (verses 54-55)<\/p>\n
