I. REACHING THE LITTLE PEOPLE<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\nGod turned things upside down when He made David, a shepherd, into a (king<\/strong><\/span>); and in Jesus, He
\nmade a king into a (sacrificial lamb<\/span><\/strong>).<\/span> He chose (Bethlehem<\/strong><\/span>) not Rome or even Jerusalem. He
\nchose (Israel<\/strong><\/span>) not Greece. He chose (Mary and Joseph<\/strong><\/span>), peasants, not a ruler and his wife.<\/p>\n

God uses (humble<\/strong><\/span>) people.<\/p>\n

II. REACHING THE LITTLE PEOPLE WITH GOOD NEWS<\/h4>\n

Luke includes the shepherds in the Jesus story for a stunning reason. He is reminding us that the
\nkingdom of God isn\u2019t just for (insiders<\/strong><\/span>), but for (outsiders<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

When we say \u201cImmanuel, God with us\u201d we are saying God is truly among (all classes of people<\/strong><\/span>),
\nnot just the well-connected or well-resourced.<\/p>\n
