Much of the battle of mental health (begins in the mind<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

Eph. 6:12 says, \u201cOur battle is not against flesh and blood, but\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

(Remembering<\/strong><\/span>) what God has done for us is a massive weapon for (defeating<\/strong><\/span>) anxiety and depression.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 II.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 THE BATTLE STRATEGY \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Getting the entire nation through the Jordan River was an impossible task (unless God intervened<\/strong><\/span>)!<\/p>\n

What kind of memorial do we want?<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Remember what God has (brought you through<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Remember what God has (promised you<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Stating (God\u2019s faithfulness<\/strong><\/span>) is one thing: (believing<\/strong><\/span>) it when the tough times come is another.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Remember God (is going with you<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n
