I. BUILD A BOAT\u2026AND WAIT <\/strong><\/h4>\n

For faith to be real it must be tied to something (tangible) that we do. It is not based on what or how (we feel<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

The story of Noah highlights a man of (incredible convictions<\/strong><\/span>); one who didn\u2019t fear the (cancel culture<\/strong><\/span>) of his day; and showed an amazing amount of (patience<\/strong><\/span>) as he waited.<\/p>\n

Turn to Genesis 6:9-22 (p.3)<\/p>\n

God is not always a (show you<\/strong><\/span>) kind of God. Sometimes He is a (wait for it<\/strong><\/span>) kind of God.<\/p>\n

II. PREACH IN THE WILDERNESS\u2026AND WAIT<\/strong><\/h4>\n

John\u2019s whole life seemed to be about waiting:
\nHis (birth<\/strong><\/span>)
\nHis (ministry<\/strong><\/span>)
\nHis (imprisonment<\/strong><\/span>)<\/p>\n

John\u2019s main purpose? To be the (forerunner<\/strong><\/span>) to the coming of the Messiah.<\/p>\n
