EZRA- The priest who brought a fresh start<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">4 lessons to learn from Ezra:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Ezra firmly resolved to (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>study the Law<\/strong><\/span>) (7:10)<\/li>\n<li>Ezra (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>depended<\/strong><\/span>) on God. (8:21)<\/li>\n<li>Ezra refused to (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>compromise<\/strong><\/span>). (9:1-4)<\/li>\n<li>Ezra wanted (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>confession and separation<\/strong><\/span>). (10:11)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">II. NEHEMIAH-The cupbearer who built a wall<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">While Ezra is in charge of the (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>spiritual lives<\/strong><\/span>), Nehemiah dons a (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>construction hat<\/strong><\/span>).<br \/>\nNehemiah faces fierce opposition:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Temple storage used for (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>personal possessions<\/strong><\/span>). (13:6,8-9)<\/li>\n<li>People stopped (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>tithing<\/strong><\/span>). 13:10-14<\/li>\n<li>Working on the (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Sabbath<\/strong><\/span>). (15-22)<\/li>\n<li>(<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Intermarrying<\/strong><\/span>). (v.25)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">III. ESTHER-The queen who saved a nation<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">4 principles we can learn from Esther:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>(<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Waiting on God<\/strong><\/span>) is better than a bull in a china shop.<\/li>\n<li>If someone is unpredictable or unreasonable, allow God (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>time to work<\/strong><\/span>).<\/li>\n<li>If the situation is unpleasant, trust God by (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>being patient<\/strong><\/span>).<\/li>\n<li>If the enemy has no scruples, don\u2019t (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>go down<\/strong><\/span>) to their level.
