I. THE GUARDIAN\u2019S PURPOSE<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The words the serpent said to Eve (Did God really say that?<\/strong><\/span>) sound eerily familiar to words he
\nuses today: \u201cDid God really say this or that (sin is wrong<\/strong><\/span>)?\u201d<\/p>\n

Characteristics of sheep:<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. \n
            \n
          1. \n
              \n
            1. (Uncreative<\/strong><\/span>)<\/li>\n
            2. Will follow (trodden-down paths<\/strong><\/span>) toward desolate places<\/li>\n
            3. Prone to (wander<\/strong><\/span>)<\/li>\n
            4. (Timid<\/strong><\/span>) and (stubborn<\/strong><\/span>)<\/li>\n
            5. Utterly (defenseless<\/strong><\/span>)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              II. THE GUARDIAN\u2019S PURPOSE TESTED<\/strong><\/h4>\n

              A couple of (somewhat random<\/strong><\/span>) thoughts:<\/p>\n

                        1. Prayer is difficult when we know (God can heal<\/strong><\/span>), but He sometimes doesn\u2019t (this side of <\/strong><\/span>heaven<\/strong><\/span>).<\/li>\n
                        2. If a miracle does happen, that miracle is to (point to Him) and encourage us (to trust <\/strong><\/span>Him<\/strong><\/span>).<\/li>\n
                        3. If I truly believe that Jesus is the Gate\/Door and He (protects and leads<\/strong><\/span>) me, then how can I not see that in tough times as well as the good?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
