I. THE GIANT IN FRONT OF US<\/h4>\n

\u201cWorry is an old man with bended head, carrying a load of feathers which he thinks are lead.\u201d
\nCorrie Ten Boom<\/p>\n

The sling we have to handle:<\/p>\n

1. Worry keeps you from (enjoying what you have<\/strong><\/span>). V.25
\n2. Worry makes you (forget your worth<\/strong><\/span>) v.26
\n3. Worry is (completely useless<\/strong><\/span>) v. 27
\n4. Worry erases (God\u2019s promises<\/strong><\/span>) from your mind. V.28-30
\n5. Worry makes us (like others<\/strong><\/span>) v. 31-32<\/p>\n

II. KILLING THE GIANT (The 4 stones)<\/h4>\n

One solid truth before the stones: we need to (establish our priorities<\/strong><\/span>).
\nWe also need to (set a course of action<\/strong><\/span>). 4 stones:<\/p>\n

1. Don\u2019t dwell on tomorrow\u2019s (stress<\/strong><\/span>).
\n2. Don\u2019t dwell on yesterday\u2019s (messes<\/strong><\/span>).
\n3. Don\u2019t dwell on yesterday\u2019s (successes<\/strong><\/span>).
\n4. Don\u2019t dwell on yesterday\u2019s (distresses<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

\u201cJesus can carry what is worrying you because He had already carried what was meant to kill
\nyou. He had already carried your sorrows and buried them in His grave.\u201d Giglio<\/p>\n
