\u00a0I.\u00a0\u00a0 IT IS A NAME RICH IN MEANING<\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

The name Jesus is the Greek equivalent of the Hebrew name Joshua, which means (God saves<\/span><\/strong>).\u00a0\u00a0 The name Jesus is used over (500<\/span><\/strong>) times in the Gospels, but it virtually disappears after His death and resurrection.<\/p>\n

\n

What makes the name \u201cJesus\u201d so special?<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. It is a name given from (heaven<\/span><\/strong>).<\/li>\n
  2. It had (divine meaning<\/span><\/strong>).<\/li>\n
  3. \u201cGod knew what He was doing when He named His Son.\u00a0 Jesus means \u2018Jehovah Saves\u2019 or \u2018The Lord is Salvation.\u2019 And that is who He is-The Salvation of the Lord.\u2019 \u201c\u00a0 Quote by David Jeremiah<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    John 1:1 says, \u201cThe Word became flesh and lived among us.\u201d\u00a0 He was (touchable<\/span><\/strong>), (approachable<\/span><\/strong>), and (reachable<\/span><\/strong>).<\/p>\n

    \u201cTherefore, God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.\u201d\u00a0 Phil.2:9-11<\/p>\n
