\u201cFor all sad words of tongue and pen, the saddest are these: \u2018It might have been.\u2019\u201d John Greenleaf Whittier<\/p>\n

\u201cCast your bread upon the waters, for you will find it after many days\u2026 In the morning sow your seed, and at evening withhold not your hand, for you do not know which will prosper, this or that, or whether both alike will be good.\u201d Eccl.11:1,6<\/p>\n

I.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 THE RESPONSIBILITY WE ARE GIVEN<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u201cIt\u201d refers to the whole of the kingdom of God.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Several significant thoughts about this parable:<\/p>\n

1. They are his slaves.<\/p>\n

2. He is entrusting his possessions to his slaves.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Jesus is emphasizing common (accountability<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

\u00a0II.\u00a0\u00a0 THE RESPONSE WE CAN TAKE<\/strong><\/p>\n

We serve Jesus because (He serves us<\/span><\/strong>).<\/p>\n
