Scripture: Daniel 6 16-28<\/h2>\n

I.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 THE LOOK OF INJUSTICE<\/strong><\/h4>\n

When Daniel heard the edict of Darius he got down on his knees three times a day. Notice the words used: (As he had done previously<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

\u201cI have given them your word, and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. I do not ask that you take them out of the world, but that you keep them from the evil one.\u201d John 17:14-15<\/p>\n

\u201cFor this is a gracious thing, when mindful of God, one endures sorrows while suffering unjustly? For what credit is it if, when you sin and are beaten for it, you endure? But if when you do good and suffer for it you endure, this is a gracious thing in the sight of God.\u201d I Peter 2:19-20<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

II.\u00a0\u00a0 THE LOOK OF VICTORY<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\nSeveral issues come into play;<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Daniel\u2019s refusal to compromise his integrity. (Just talked about<\/strong><\/span>)<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Daniel\u2019s refusal to compromise his (walk with God<\/strong><\/span>).\u00a0 Point to remember: When the crisis hit it did not (create<\/strong><\/span>) his disciplined lifestyle, it (revealed<\/strong><\/span>) it.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Why didn\u2019t God protect him?\u00a0 \u201cMany are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.\u201d Ps.34:19<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cA greedy (some say arrogant<\/strong><\/span>) man stirs up strife, but the one who trusts in the Lord will be enriched (will prosper<\/strong><\/span>).\u201d Pr.28:25<\/p>\n
