Abraham & Sarah<\/p>\n

II.\u00a0\u00a0 THE RUTS IN HIS FAMILY TREE \u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Three primary issues between Joseph & his brothers:<\/p>\n

1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Joseph brings a bad report. We call that (tattle-telling<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Joseph treated differently by Jacob. We call that (favoritism<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Joseph shares his dreams. We call that (arrogance or brashness<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

\n

The roots for their feelings about Joseph began with Jacob loving (Rachel<\/strong><\/span>) more than (Leah<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

\n

Jacob made two serious errors:<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He sent the (wrong signals<\/strong><\/span>) to Joseph and his brothers.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Jacob inflicted the (pain of rejection<\/strong><\/span>) on his other sons.<\/p>\n
