I.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 THE SEEDBED FOR BETRAYAL \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The first seed for betrayal is Dinah being raped by (Shechem<\/strong><\/span>). When that happened Jacob (did nothing<\/strong><\/span>). Her two brothers,\u00a0 (Simeon and Levi<\/strong><\/span>) took matters into their own hands.<\/p>\n

The second seed for betrayal is Jacob\u2019s (favoritism<\/strong><\/span>) of Joseph.<\/p>\n

The third seed for betrayal is Joseph had a (big mouth<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

Joseph\u2019s critical errors in judgement:<\/p>\n

1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He lacked (discernment<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He lacked (sensitivity<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He lacked (maturity<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

II.\u00a0\u00a0 THE CONSEQUENCES OF PLANTED SEEDS \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u201cDo not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.\u201d [Galatians 6:7]\u00a0 That is an (unequivocally, irrevocable<\/strong><\/span>) law.<\/p>\n

Their original plan was?<\/p>\n

Their backup plan (thanks to Reuben<\/strong><\/span>) was?<\/p>\n
