Who in the world is Micah?<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 His name means (Who is like Jehovah<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He was a prophet of the (poor and downtrodden<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He was (fearless<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He saw the religious reform as (superficial<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

\n

What is a servant?<\/p>\n

1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The word used to describe them first was (Christian<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 But the word which changes everything is servant or (slave<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The word is used (124<\/strong><\/span>) times in the NT.<\/p>\n

II.\u00a0\u00a0 LET ME CHALLENGE YOU \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The context of Micah 6 shows God (is not happy<\/strong><\/span>) with them. God expresses (disappointment<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

We can have all the (outward forms<\/strong><\/span>) correct, but God is more interested in our (hearts) and our (obedience<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

Three desires for all of us;<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (To do justice<\/strong><\/span>). For more see Deut.10:12-13<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (To love kindness<\/strong><\/span>)<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (To walk humbly with God<\/strong><\/span>)<\/p>\n
