I. THE INTENSITY OF THE BURDEN<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\nJesus is our example of (love for the church<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

\nPaul loved the church.<\/p>\n

\n1) Phil.1:7
\n2) 2 Cor. 6:11
\n3) 2 Cor. 12:15<\/p>\n

\nPaul\u2019s love goes even deeper. [See 2:1] The word struggle is our word (agony<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

II. THE FOCUS OF THE BURDEN<\/strong><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

For us to grow in our faith, there must be two insights we have to acknowledge: an (increased<\/strong><\/span>
\nknowledge<\/strong><\/span>) of God\u2019s Word and a (focus<\/strong><\/span>) upon Christ. What you think of Christ, your
\nperception of Him, is (everything<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

What is Paul\u2019s burden?<\/p>\n

\n1. They will be (strong in heart<\/strong><\/span>). (v.2a)
\n2. They will be (united in love<\/strong><\/span>). (v.2b) See Ephesians 4:16
\n3. They will be (settled in their understanding<\/strong><\/span>). (v.2c)
\n4. They will not be (deluded<\/strong><\/span>). (v.4)
\n5. They will grow in their (walk in Christ<\/strong><\/span>). (6-7)<\/p>\n
