(Death<\/strong><\/span>) is the great equalizer. \u201cNothing is certain in life except death and taxes.\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 DEATH WILL RENDER LIFE (MEANINGLESS<\/strong><\/span>)<\/h4>\n

Four basic philosophies which do not work:<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (Materialism<\/strong><\/span>). \u201cSupply yourself!\u201d<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (Hedonism<\/strong><\/span>) \u201cEnjoy yourself!\u201d<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (Humanism<\/strong><\/span>) \u201cExalt yourself!\u201d<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (Fatalism<\/strong><\/span>) \u201cResign yourself!\u201d<\/p>\n

Since godliness is not a guarantee of (prosperity or comfort<\/strong><\/span>), we cannot look at our circumstances to determine if (God is for us or against us<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

II.\u00a0\u00a0 DEATH CAN RENDER LIFE (MEANINGFUL<\/strong>)<\/span><\/h4>\n

6 things ways we should enjoy life:<\/p>\n

1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He says eat your (bread with pleasure<\/strong><\/span>). (v.7a)<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He says drink your wine with a (glad heart<\/strong><\/span>). (v.7b)<\/p>\n

3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He tells them to wear (white all the time<\/strong><\/span>).\u00a0 (v.8a)<\/p>\n

4)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He tells them to put (oil on their head<\/strong><\/span>).\u00a0 (v.8b)<\/p>\n

5)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He tells them to (enjoy life with your wife<\/strong><\/span>). (v.9)<\/p>\n

6)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He tells them to (enjoy work<\/strong><\/span>) and (their activities<\/strong><\/span>). (v.10)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cThe only way to get rid of death is to get rid of sin.\u201d<\/p>\n
