\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 LIVES OF DESPERATION REACHING OUT \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

Each of the four Gospels was written to a different audience. Mark\u2019s gospel was written primarily to a (Roman<\/strong><\/span>) audience.\u00a0 The Roman culture was known as an (abandonment<\/strong><\/span>) culture.\u00a0 One common ritual was called (exposure<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

\n

Act One: A Desperate Dad<\/p>\n

Two kinds of suffering in this world:<\/p>\n

1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (Primary<\/strong><\/span>)<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (Secondary<\/strong><\/span>)<\/p>\n

\n

Act Two: A Desperate Woman<\/p>\n

Two things about this woman:<\/p>\n

1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The issue of blood has been 12 years. Speculation abounds<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 No medical solution made her a religious outcast<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a0 II.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 LIVES OF DESPERATION FINDING RELIEF \u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

Act Three: Rescue<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The woman\u2019s life is altered.\u00a0 Her response to Jesus\u2019 response.<\/p>\n

1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Jesus gave her just what (she needed<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The good news for Jairus.<\/p>\n

\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 How did Jesus rescue?<\/p>\n

1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rescued a woman who had (suffered<\/strong><\/span>) for 12 years.<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rescued a young 12 year old from a (short life<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n

3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rescued parents from an (empty existence<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n
