\u00a0I.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 THE POWER OF JESUS OVER STORMS<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Scriptures boldly declare the (deity of Jesus<\/strong><\/span>). \u201cIn the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.\u201d Jn.1:1 \u00a0See also Isaiah 9:6 and Isaiah 7:14\/Mt.1:23<\/p>\n

6 biblical truths revealed:<\/p>\n

1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 God is working in the (circumstances<\/strong><\/span>) of our lives. [35-37]<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Jesus is human (aside from sin<\/strong><\/span>).\u00a0 [38a]<\/p>\n

3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (Panic not faith<\/strong><\/span>) seems to be the norm for many of us. [38b]<\/p>\n

4)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (Nature<\/strong><\/span>) is no match for the power of Jesus. [39]<\/p>\n

5)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Faith grows with (trials and difficulties<\/strong><\/span>). [40]<\/p>\n

6)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 We all have to decide (who Jesus is<\/strong><\/span>). [41]<\/p>\n

II.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 THE POWER OF JESUS OVER EVIL<\/strong><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

There is a difference between demon possession and demon oppression.<\/p>\n

1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Demon possession is for those who sell their soul to the devil.<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Demon oppression is real for the follower of Jesus.<\/p>\n

Three truths stand out:<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Jesus (changes<\/strong><\/span>) people.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Jesus (commissions<\/strong><\/span>) His people.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 There will always be (cantankerous<\/strong><\/span>) people.<\/p>\n
