TITLE: What Can I Expect?
\n<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Scripture:\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Mark 6
\n<\/strong><\/h1>\n

<\/h4>\n

I.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I CAN EXPECT REJECTION<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Nazareth is an obscure town consisting of between (100-500<\/strong>) people.<\/p>\n

How was their rejection manifested?<\/p>\n

1. It came out as (unbelief<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

2. It came out as Jesus being (dismissed<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

3. It came out at (blindness<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Jesus could do no mighty works there. Why? Not because He could not or lacked the supernatural power to perform miracles. Rather, (there was no reason to<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

II.\u00a0\u00a0 I CAN EXPECT CERTAIN REALITIES<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Reality #1: We can expect to be used by Jesus (for His work<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Our ministry is a continuation of Jesus\u2019 work here on earth.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Reality #2: Things may not (go as planned<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Following Jesus has its risk, but God will have the final word in our lives. His justice will prevail regardless of our predicament.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Reality #3: We will witness some (phenomenal events<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

1. In Jesus, our deepest spiritual hunger is satisfied.<\/p>\n

2. Old ways of thinking often cloud our vision.<\/p>\n

3. We must present Jesus without baggage.<\/p>\n
