\n<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Scripture:\u00a0Mark 11: 1-25<\/strong><\/h1>\n

I.\u00a0 \u00a0JESUS CALLS US TO TRUE WORSHIP<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Mark spends the rest of the book recording the final week of Jesus\u2019 life. It is called (Passion Week) and he devotes 1\/3 of his book to it.<\/p>\n

Some prophecy:<\/p>\n

1. Psalm 118:26- (Triumphal processions<\/strong>)
\n2. Zechariah 9:9- Jesus (riding on a donkey<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

Hosanna means (save now<\/strong>).\u00a0 They were not praising Jesus because He was the (Messiah<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

There are still people today who follow Jesus because of (what He can do for them<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

II.\u00a0 JESUS CALLS US TO TRUE FAITH<\/strong><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

Why did Jesus curse the fig tree?<\/p>\n

1. Practical meaning- It held the (promise of figs<\/strong>).
\n2. Deeper meaning- (impending judgment<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

Two valuable lessons:<\/p>\n

1. (Put your faith<\/strong>) in this Savior.\u00a0 (20-24)
\n2. (Be forgiving<\/strong>) like this Savior. (25)<\/p>\n
