TITLE: Investing Wisely

“Cast your bread upon the waters, for you will find it after many days… In the morning sow your seed, and at evening withhold not your hand, for you do not know which will prosper, this or that, or whether both alike will be good.” Eccl.11:1,6
I. THE RESPONSIBILITY WE ARE GIVEN
“It” refers to the whole of the kingdom of God.
Several significant thoughts about this parable:
1. They are his slaves.
2. He is entrusting his possessions to his slaves.
Jesus is emphasizing common (accountability).
II. THE RESPONSE WE CAN TAKE

We serve Jesus because (He serves us).
