This is a psalm of:

There are four things which draw us to this psalm:
1) Its (shock value).
2) Its (regularity)
3) Its (focus on Christ)
4) Its call to (patient hope).
II. THE REALITY OF PSALM 27
Verse 1 describes God in three ways:
1. The Lord is my (light). See John 1:5
2. The Lord is my (salvation). See Psalm 28:8
3. The Lord is the (stronghold of my life). See Pr.18:10
