Scripture:  Revelation 6:1-8

 

 I.        THE PROMISE MADE                                                                 

 

A quick recap so far:

        1. The 4 basic views
        2. Chapter 1- Purpose of Revelation and its focus on (Jesus)
        3. Chapters 2-3-  Seven churches of Asia
        4. Chapter 4- Brought us into the (presence of God) and worship. God is (holy), (sovereign) and (eternal).
        5. Chapter 5- The Lamb is a (Lion) and the only One able to open the scroll.

The Promise: God is (in charge) and all world events are (controlled by Jesus Christ).

 

II.        THE PROMISE OF JUDGMENT                                                 

The four seals and the four horses:

        • Seal #1: The (white) horse.  Meaning?
        • Seal #2: The (red) horse. Meaning?
        • Seal #3: The (black) horse. Meaning?
        • Seal #4: The (pale) horse. Meaning?
