Ladies Bible Study – Believing Jesus

Believing Jesus, A Journey Through the Book of Acts by Lisa Harper will be the Ladies Bible Study focus for 8 weeks, beginning on February 24 & 25.

2016 Polar Plunge – Hilltop Christian Camp

Ryan is plunging again!

When: Sunday, February 21 at 4 PM (NO ROOTS that day)

Where: Hilltop Christian Camp

Camp goal: $15,000 Ryan’s goal: $500

Chili supper to follow at 5:15 PM at Hilltop

Winter Clothes for Thomas and family

Our missionary friends, Thomas and Hauwa Shelwah and their daughter, Matea, will be arriving in December. They are in need of winter clothing items. If you’d like to help, please see the sign up sheet at the info table.

Items needed are:

Thomas: coat-men’s M, snow boots– men’s 8/9, gloves, hat, scarf

Hauwa: coat-women’s M, snow boots– women’s 7/8, gloves, hat, scarf

Matea: coat-girl’s 12, snow boots-kid’s 4/5, gloves, hat, scarf

Hilltop Christian Camp needs help to clean up tree tops left behind from recent logging.

Ryan East will be organizing a couple of work days. People with chainsaws and/or splitters are especially needed. Any wood cleared may be taken at no charge.

We are collecting gifts to send to our sponsored pastors and their wives for Christmas and also collecting gallon-sized bags of necessities and goodies for the school children [pre-K through teens].
