Leadership Announcement – Steve Goddard – 3/22/2015
After much discussion, the building team and leadership have concluded that any new addition must address the growing need for expansion for our kids. Any future building program must include added space for our children’s programs. Therefore, our number one goal right now is to pay off the mortgage on our current building.
We will have another special offering at our anniversary celebration in October. Church members may plan ahead and make a contribution in October or they may choose to give at any time before October. Just make sure to include the amount in an envelope labeled “special offering”.
Our goal is to reach $50,000 in our building fund by our anniversary in October. We currently stand at $20,000 in this fund. At that time, a large portion of that amount will be used toward our current mortgage. The remaining amount will be placed in a new account set up solely for our building fund.

The class will be taught by Pastor Bill on Sunday, May 3, immediately following our second worship service.

Volunteer Recognition Banquet
Attention OVCF volunteers!
You are our heroes and we couldn’t accomplish the work of OVCF without you! Please join us for a dinner in your honor on Sunday, March 8th at 5 PM.
We promise lots of laughs, prizes and a photo booth to capture your awesomeness for all history! If you volunteered for us in 2014, please complete the RSVP insert inside this bulletin and return to the box on the info table (by March 1) so we may get a count for the meal!

Ladies of Grace
Ladies of Grace will meet on Monday, Feb. 16th from 6:30-8 PM at OVCF. All ladies are invited! Devotion, food, fellowship & our service project will be filling Easter eggs for the 4-H fishing team. Donations of plastic eggs and candy are welcome. 🙂

What Love Is Bible Study
A new Ladies Bible study is coming in February!
Kelly Minter’s What Love Is– The Letters of 1, 2 & 3 John will begin on Tues. 2/17 & Wed., 2/18.

What: Annual Valentine’s Dinner Fundraiser
When: Sunday, Feb. 8th at 5 PM
Where: OVCF
Cost: $10 each, children free, childcare provided. Roots youth will serve dinner to raise funds for CIY middle/high school camps this summer. Please see a member of our youth group to purchase your tickets!
